The self-confessed thug, who lives in West Ham, also faces jail if he behaves in any way "likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress" to anyone not a member of his family within the M25.

"People keep telling us they don't want anti-social behaviour on their doorsteps. The council will not stand for it and will continue to strive to stop behaviour like his," he said.

On one occasion, the yob was outside his school with his friend and started shouting at police officers, the hearing at Stratford Youth Court was told.

PV Stephen Flanagan, Newham Police Anti-Social Behaviour Order Co-ordinator, said: "He was bragging about being a bully at school and stated no one could touch him."

The youth was also known to have been hanging around streets near his home in the middle of the night. The yob and his friends were said to have been shouting and behaving in a rowdy manner.
